For those of you who may encounter rear heater / rear widow wiper fuse
failure--here is where the elusive fuse is----

Take off the steering column cover, and the fuse panel extension, with
the fuse is under it-----but don't count 16 fuses from the left--it's
the 17th fuse----

Craziest darn thing I ever saw---the owner's manual sez--#16-----it
isn't.
