William: I changed my grill for several reasons. One was cosmetic: I really
like the way the 4round lights look on my bus. Second was practical: I was
already upgrading to H4 lights, and adding driving lights only helps my
drive on dark roads, where I often find myself in my bus. Eventually I may
get the full width lower grill to complement the look.

So, in my case, cosmetic, yes, and practical, yes.
