Brian, NC is almost as bad as Seattle for mold and mildew. I tried about everything last year after putting in new skylight. Best was a bathroom tile cleaner called Tilex. I make the standard disclaimers and strongly suggest SUPPLEMENTAL VENTILATION! ROOM FANs are a must. Come to EveryBus in April and I will show off my clean fuzzy ceiling to you.
