If you need some cheap replacement clips for the blower housing, go to an office supply store and pick up some metal binder clips in the appropriate size. For suitable damper gasket material, go to www.mscdirect.com and browse Chapter 9-Raw Materials, Section: Rubber Material, Subsection: Sheets and select the parameters you require - material, thickness, minimum/maximum temp rating, etc... until you find a product that meets your requirements. I believe these are available from the dealer or you can do what I did and expend a lot of time searching for 1/8 inch closed cell foam stock in sheet form. Replacing the gaskets makes a noticeable improvement in the heating system.
