Yes, and this is not the way the grille kit was designed to work in the first
place.  It is setup over in SA for the inner lights to come on when you turn
on your high beams (just like the quad square grilles here in the US).  You
can add the switch (fog light) and turn them on and off whenever you want,
however, please aim them down so that they are not blinding to others (now
they are setup for high beam remember).  Just FYI.
