A great griddle is a teflon coated steel one by Coleman.  It covers both
burners perfectly and has two metal loop handles on each side. We shovled
out many bannae pancakes to waiting campers quicker thatn we do at home!

 I put it back in the plastic pouch it came it and put it in the rear
compartment over the bed (for those without AC) under my clothes - it
relatively flat.

I got one half price when the local Big K went out - and it was still $20
- worth it at list price if you ask me.
