There is a chap down the road selling a 1972 bus for $900.-  The body is
in fair shape (not too much rust some previous body work), the interior
is in bad shape, the engine is missing.  Should I pick it up and dump
$?$?$ into it or keep shopping for one in running condition?

Any advice?
