I just noticed something this weekend and I was wondering if it is normal.
I left my headlights on when I went into a store for a few minutes and when
I came out I noticed that only the parking lights were on.  Yet when I
started the engine again, the headlights did come on.  Is it normal for the
headlights not to be on when the engine is off?  Seems like a good idea if
it is.
