Is red lead still out there somewhere?  I once patched a floor panel in a
Volvo, brush painted the repair with red lead and left it at that.  A couple
of years down the road, the red lead was muddy, but that was about all.  That
stuff seemed to stick really well even to skin . . .  What was I talking
about?  Oh yeah.  Red lead.  Great stuff.
