I've noticed that if I have the A/C fan switch on high (position 3), there is a tendency to melt the fuse and fuse holder. Try this, Find the fuse....probably 2 from the right ( next to steering cover 25A or 30A) turn the fan to high feel how hot the fuse gets.....WOW! I have since replaced the fuse holder due to melting and do not EVER go to the high position Check it out guys it could save your Van and your life. Malibu Tony 85' Westy 1.9L 5 degrees BTDC
