As a tiico owner... i can shed some light on the TiiCo legality in CA.
Peter B. (of "Tii Trading Company" aka tiico) has not gotten his stuff to
pass the carb, etc stuff in CA. I know firsthand of a few tiico owners
that are on the verge of legal means to get peter to refund their $, etc.
WHY" Because, the TiiCO webpage says (or said) that these conversions are
legal in CA, etc. But they are NOT legal---- yet.
