Tom DelPriore of Nick's Automotive (Sonoma, CA) is currently working on a stroked 2.1. While it's not complete, you might want to give him an E: he'd love to fill you in on the details, and to my knowledge he's planning on a production run of stroked components once he's satisfied with the engineering: Tom@autopriore.com
