I emailed the Hella Corp. due to me not getting a couple of bolts and the rubber plugs that secure the wires behind the lights (Hella 500's).  Today I received them in the mail.  I sent the email last Thursday.  Now that is service considering  I didn't think they would send the parts.  Ironically, the person I bought them from (via Ebay), received two emails from me with considerable delay in responding.  I sent him emails well before I sent one to Hella.  He only said "okay" in the body of the email.  I hope to spread good cheer regarding Hella.  It's amazing what a little surprise can do.  They have my vote!
