Dale: IMHO, you are holding the cards...I'd say offer no more than 8K and
see what happens from there. He's dreaming or trying to fool someone with
"excellent cndition". If this is your vehicle, don't get hurt in any way,
especially $$$, getting it. Consider a TIICO replacement.
