Hi All,

The latest on the (bad) hesitation: (vanilla 90 GL, 2.1)

  replaced the temp 2 sensor -- would then idle

  replaced the AFM box -- got a little better (probably in my imagination)

  replaced oxygen sensor -- got much better

I am now left with a sputter when accelerating from a stop and it still will
not idle on its own for the first few minutes after a cold start.  Any
Ideas?

I took it in to the local dealer here in Bellingham and they said that they
would plug it into the diagnosis machine for $127 (well above a
student/dad/teacher budget)  I then asked what machine they had... they said
it was one that diagnosed the problem.  I hate it when they use the word to
define the word.  But as usual the dealer is out for the bucks!  or at least
mine is.

What machine are they talking about?
