Thanks to all of those that replied to this post.
I'm going to start the synthetic oil in about a week.
The new engine only has about 5K on it so it doesn't qualify for any
cautions.
I'm going to try to attend the EveryBus event at the end of April and
hopefully I'll have time to address any oil leaks or other events that
may arise before I head out.
I'll be making a quickie 650 mile round trip starting Tuesday the week of
April 7th so I'll have some measure of what to expect on my long voyage
to NC.
