Hi all,

This is my first Vanagon (i've owned beetles, Golfs, jettas,
and curently a rabbit pickup) I am buying a 91 Vanagon for
$1200.00, not sure which trim package it is, but it has 5
spoke alloy wheels and power windows non-camper. Runs good,
171,000 miles, has a few dents that i can fix myself, and i
am a very competent engine swapper if it dies on me.

My ? - I saw an earlier model in the junk yard today with a
crank back huge sunroof, was this rare on the vanagons?
Pretty cool seeing such a big sunroof, and they had 2 of them
there with them. (now don't laugh) I might like to section it
off for a later instalation on my 91 if i can figure out the
A/C removal in the 91.

2nd ? - how do i tell if it is a weekender? No bed top in the
rear as far as i can tell.
