Hmmm, my Canadian westie has a kph speedometer and came with a Michigan
title. It did have a variance certificate and did not have to have an
accurate speedometer since it was over ten years old. I am still looking for
a mph speedometer if anyone has one.

It's also the only westie with full fibreglass bumpers and side valances.
(okay, I got em from an 89 that had broadsided a telephone pole:-) Also the
alloys. $500 skins for all. Traded the rest of the wrecked van for a complete
PPG paint job.
