It might be noted that these days truckers are getting new tractor rigs with
one million mile warranties on the engines. Why? New and better lubricants,
and newer metallurgy. With the new lubricants, coupled with newer metallurgy,
the parts simply don't wear as rapidly.

Even  dino oils with the newer additives increase the life of the engines.
