What is the black palstic tube (about 2-3" diam) that sits straight up on top
of the engine (2.1 WBX) toward the back?  It is really obvious when you open
the engine hatch.  Looks like an oil filler tube to me but cannot confirm that
from bently or other sources.  IF it is, that seems much easier than messing
with the one at the back under the license plate.
