Hi all...here is one for you, after driving 2 -3 hours, my 980 Vanagon starts to miss (lurch) in pwr, continues on and then does it again, have lost pwr on occassion, but an hour or two rest does seems to cure it for a while, then it starts again.
Could disconnecting the 02 sensor help or has anyone used the Air Flow Meter from GoWesty #0-280-202-079...mine is a 2.1 engine as well so it seems compatible.
