Have just replaced my (toasted...ouch!) heads I'm thinking of installing a VDO Cylinder Head Temp gauge in my '90 Carat. I know these are VERY useful on air-cooled engines...what is the concensus on water-cooled? Any suggestions (tricks) to installing on a 2.1L? Also...I'm new to the list.
