Hello out there

I have a 1990 multivan and want to make the passenger seat swivel to face the rear of the van. Where can purchase a swivel base and what year swivel base will suit my purpose.
How do I attach the base ?
Does anyone out there have a base for sale, e-me with cost and condition and any other info on doing this.
Lamont..
