Hi List,

I've seen more than one 2.1L ignition coil leak all the internal cooling
oil. The oil residue made a real mess below the top of the coil but the
engine started and ran OK. The internal resistances were in line with the
Bentley test specs. The 3 coils with this failure had been installed on two
2.1L engines for some time and were not cracked or damaged in any way.
Anyone seen this type of coil failure??????
