I recently had a fuel regulator valve installed in my 86 van. Since then
when I cold start it in the morning or after it's been sitting for a few
hours it runs real rough, 700rpms up to 1100 rpms and back down then back up
etc, almost stalling out. If I stay on the gas and play with it, it smoothes
out after a few minutes. Any ideas what it could be?
