Kind of surly sounding, not the best "phone voice," but a really nice guy. Normally he works in Shipping but if the phones go crazy he jumps in to pick up the slack. Yes, you didn't call at the best of times. You called as soon as we opened. (We open at 11 am). The phones are often jam packed for the first half hour or forty minutes of the morning. Even longer on Monday mornings. Better to wait until around noon to call if possible, unless you don't mind holding for a few minutes. We don't have one of those computerized put-you-on-hold recordings, so if there is a backlog of incoming calls, a real person will put answer but then put you on hold until your turn is up. Of course, on the order desk it's toll-free, so it's on our dime. And there's always the website as another alternative. - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc.
