do you always go with what makes you "feel" better or do you stand solid with
the facts and the ethical moral truths in life?  i suppose your awe
inspiring, guru academician "professor" could explain this away as well.
there is solid fact here, BD is cheaper than most, BUT is also a heck of a
lot worse in the customer service department.
