Good Morning All !

Yesterday, I had a rather discouraging go at buying tires for my recently
acquired Vanagon.  I want to use tires sized the same as the ones originally
mounted by the manufacturer, 195 R 16 D.  My newly found awareness of
Vanagons leads me to believe that there are a number of them still plying the
highways.  Apparently, some manufacturer must be making tires for them.  My
question is, who?

Please do not respond only to tell me that such a size is not manufactured.
I disproved this claim to more than one tire merchant yesterday.
