Hi Volks,

Recently my windscreen washers have become a little recalcitrant
and worked only occasionally when activated from the column stalk
(in the wiper "off" position) Now they aren't inclined to activate
at all in that position however...
If I flick down to the wiper intermittant position they work fine
like they always did.

Is there a contact in the wiper stalk I can clean and restore
proper operation or is the wiper stalk switch likely to be simply
wearing out and in need of replacement soon?

The van is approaching 10 yrs old now and all these parts are the
originals.Not a big problem I know,but it bugs me when these things
don't work as they should. :(
