Like I said, HoHum. We've been down this road so many times with the BD
debate.

I say if you don't like the service, go elsewhere. There are others out
there. One in particular I know of that really makes a special effort for
customer service, especially in the realm of delivery. I have never, repeat
NEVER had a late or delayed deliver on an order from the outfit. Just my
personal experience.
