Good evening everybody,

I know that I said that I expected to have the list back online last night,
bit I ended up working *much* later than expected, and it was all I could do
to drag my tired butt into bed. I simply didn't have the energy to deal with
it last night.

I have reviewed the torrid exchanges that took place yesterday morning, and
I realize that it all stems from a misunderstanding.

But that doesn't excuse the language, anger or insults that were so easily
tossed around.

Rico, your comments were completely out of line, and are not what this list
is about.

Mike, you approached an already smoldering situation and poured another
gallon of gas on it.

I'm not saying that you 2 were the only ones involved, but your actions
showed poor judgement.

For the next 30 days, both of you will be moderated. Any messages you send
to the list will require my approval before they are distributed. Future
problems (and hopefully there aren't any) will be dealt with with more
severely.

All messages stuck in the queue since I shut down the list will also require
approval, regardless of who sent them.

I now return the list to normal operation....although "normal" is a relative
term with this bunch. :o
