Thanks guys, i think that my voltmeter doesn't show the reading in Volt
below .5 volt, instead it goes in MV when under .5????? So when it goes
from over .5 to below .5 it gives me a strange oscillating reading. Adding
power doesn't seem to change anything. Yes, I get .5V steady from the van
side when the OS in unplug.

Il will double check with another voltmeter.
