did it install and is not running- giving you a hardlock error?
to install: run epcsetup.exe on the CD
To fix hardlock error:
copy LEXHDL5.DLL  and LEXHDLL5.DLL from the EPC_PROGW95 directory on the
CD to EPC_PROG directory on your harddrive.
