I doesn't look practical only holding 2 passengers, but, then again, I own a Van that averages 19 MPG.  Of course, if I get my wish, I'll own a diesel next week and up that number a bit.

Frankly, the 200 MPG has been do-able for a while.  Ural makes a diesel motorcycle using 1960's technology that already gets 100 MPG.  And it can carry 3 - 4, with the sidecar, of course.

Somehow I think, in a world dominated by SUVs, that it'll be quite a while before this new vehicle makes it into production, if ever.
