I don't have the answer to Mike's problem(s) but I do know he has a brand new engine in his Vanagon. I am not sure what he replaced when he replaced the engine but it sounded like he was replacing the fuel lines. I do have one suggestion that Mike would understand and possibly offer if the show was on the other foot, "don't drive slower than 70" Tim Sacramento > Well Mkey has been found somewhere in or near Topeka Ks.----East bound > on I-70, heading for Indy----He's on his way to Kanas City now--- > > He just called me, and explained his problems---- > > It seems the Van runs fine at 65--70, but as soon as he get's off the > throtttle--lets say as he's getting off on a ramp--the engine just > dies----Bang--- > > It just doesn't want to run at low speeds--- > > If any of you know of, or can suggest someone knowledgable especially on > Wasserboxer's who can give him a hand on his way to Ohio----give him a > call on his cell phone-- > > 916-747-1255. > > Mikey Thanks You All---- > > PS --- > No I ain't screwng around---- > > > > > > > ______________ > |[ ] [ ] [ ]\ > | | | | > ~~~ ~||-(())----(())-| > > Terry-- > > "Zoom, Zoom, Zoom" > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > http://community.webtv.net/CTONLINE/TerrysHighOnLife >
