Priced parts for any late model stuff lately?
A new Denali air shock is 500.00---

For a real laugh---try checking out Benz, or BMW stuff---

A BMW 750IL 4 corner suspension replacement is $7500.00---

So yea, the Vanagon's are a bargain in comparison----but not in any way,
shape, or form, cheap----

If this guy is worried about tire prices, and availablity---I'd
say--hang it up---right from the get go--

Well- I guess that makes me rich! Of course, I do all my own maintenance
so right there I'm saving more than half the cost of owning a Vanagon.

Pretty much rule of thumb--if the vehicle says----" Made In Deutschland"
the price for parts is triple of what you may be accustom to--

As a person with very limited funds to spend for a vehicle purchase, I
don't want to waste my money if the tires or other parts are not readily
available.
