Hi folks,

I have a 1986 Westy, with gold seats, and non adjustable, corduroy armrests.

Is it possible to add adjustable, gold velour armrests from a 1987 Vanagon?
Can they be adapted? The captains chairs from 1986 to 1987 look similar, and
I wondered, can I remove the complete post & armrest off a 1987?

I'd love to add longer, adjustable armrests, over what I have on my 1986
with out having to replace my whole captains chair.

Any suggestions, or information would be a great help.
