Time for my $0.02US.

There are a large number of distractions that can
lead to poor driving.  The problem isn't the
distractions, it's the poor driving.  It's not my
road or your road, it's our road.  Share, get
along, follow the rules and we all get wherever
we're going quickly and safely.

My big beef is people _driving_ in the _passing_
lane ... it's for passing.  Once you're done
passing, go back to a driving lane.  Thanks.
