Hi all,
when I start my van in the morning the idle surges up and down and then it
finally stalls.  I have to sit there and rev it till it's warm and then it
starts.  I tried adjusting the idle screw.  And the throttle housing (per
hayes) and still no luck.  When its warm it idles just under 1000 rpm.  It
still has a rough idle but it stays running.  Any advise?
