P-mail is short for Porno-Mail.  Many of the list members, feeling that they
don't get adequate compensation otherwise, have taken to requesting rude
images from potential purchasers of Vanagon parts.  We have some (loose)
conventions in place.  For example when purchasing a:

vanagon bra:  images of you in your underwear
pop top seal:  just a provocative head shot
exhaust system:  well, you get the idea
