I have been looking to buy a 1990 Van.

Can anyone tell me if what I seem to be seeing in pictures is correct.  It
seems the 1990 GL's with power windows, locks, etc...  all have the black
plastic skirt running from the bumper all the way around the lower body.

However, the pictures of the 1990 vans that don't seem to have these
options, all just have the black plastic bumper that goes up to the wheel
wells.

For 1990 Models is it just as simple as saying black plastic skirt all the
way around it the GL with all the options....  And without is the basic
vanagon package.  Thanks for any info.
