power stuff is not standard on a '90-'91 GL. only power thing that is std on
'90 GL is power mirrors and weekender interiors (on US models). i had a '90
GL with manual windows, manual doorlocks, no cruise. it was bordeaux and had
the full silver fiberglass skirt kit.
all '90-'91 GL's and carats had the full fiberglass body skirt all the way
around and it was silver on the bordeaux and orly blue vans, or white on the
white GL's, and red on the red carats. '89 was the last yr for black
fiberglass, and the partail skirt kit on the passenger vans, exept westys,
which had black partial skirt kit to 91. (westys never had full side skirts,
just black fiberglass bumpers and front door trims)
