Incidentally, I was told that Bosch blades are made of natural rubber. That is why they work so well and also why they don't last very long. They tend to both wear quickly and dry out if not used much. If you want a more durable wiper, though it won't squeegee quite as effectively as a new Bosch, get Trico, or whatever the heck the name is. I use my Bosch and replace them every so often (usually after it rains, and then it doesn't rain again till six months later, and the wipers are getting old, etc.) Karl Wolz ----- Original Message ----- From: "Terry K." <CTONLINE@WEBTV.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Saturday, May 25, 2002 9:03 AM Subject: Re: Wiper blades > Ole Lamont is a little wound up over some wiper blades--- > > Wonder what happens to him when things get a little steamy here?----:>) > > By the way Lamont---it's about $18.00 plus tax for them ole couple of > bucked Bosch blades---- > > Where you buy yours--Wally World? > > TK--- > > > E-mail message > > Enough already with the wiper blades.
