You guys know them darn bumper end cap carrage bolts that are black
anodized (?) that look like shit in about 2 month's after changing them,
because they are all rusty?

Whats the answer to keeping them looking good----

Paint is not the answer---the still rust shortly after an application---

Any Ideas ?
