Thanks to Dave Bowers I got a VIN check on the vehicle and it was bought new
in New York.  1 accident (minor), sold in Florida in 1997, then sold in WA
in 1998 and been here ever since.  SO...knowing this I would think that
underbody rust could be a problem being on the northeast for many years.  I
didn't do a total inspection, just an initial look and test drive.  I will
probably find things I don't want to see if I look at it again.
