Hi Brian,
       I've done it myself.  Just get a big ol' wire and securely bolt it to
the engine and body.  I had to drill and tap a new place to connect it, as
the old connection was totally corroded.  Make sure you clean the contact
points, and use a dielectric grease to minimize the corrosion in the future.
Doing that solved a lot of fuel injector problems for me.  Best of luck.
