The 'scream' is most likely coming from the edge of the plastic screen,
where it touches the glass. Try trimming, sanding, or removing by some other
method, part of the edge that is scraping against the glass.

The aluminum screened sliding window on the sides of my Westy scream like a
banshee when slid back and forth.  Especially in a campground after quiet
hours.
What's the best cure for this??  I don't want to put on some lubricant that
won't get along with the aluminum (black smeary stuff from the aluminum
comes to mind).
