I finally reinstalled the drive shafts in my '90 today.
The one on the left side is what I would call "normal" - the shaft
moves longitudinally between the CV joints.  The one installed on the
right does not.  The CV joints accommodate the angle between the
wheel and transaxle, but the shaft does not slip on the splines.

Any idea if this will loosen up if I leave it this way - or am I
going to have to remove it, disassemble it and figure out what's
going on?
