Two or years ago I got a '71 bug in Denver for a couple of bucks - the only catch was I had to go get it. Rust free - not driven in the last 12 years. Sitting outside! I went and got it and using a towbar towed it 800 miles back to Minnesota. I drove 75/80 MPH the whole way, often freaking out, and having to turn and see if the bug was still there! It was, and the towing was effortless! The Van was an '84 GL, 1.9.... AB
