Beware: Your van may not be able to be licenced if you knock out the restriction. If you live where there are emission tests, part of the test is to insert a cyl. the size of a leaded nozzle into the filler. Could not get a title for a volvo I bought because of this .... despite it was a factory problem and not a tampering situation.
